You assemble the individual elements of the MyHula so that it sits comfortably on your hips. 

In the second step, throw the ball outwards and start to rotate your hips so that the silicone ball turns. 

Important: Find your rhythm. You don't have to start with 30 minutes a day straight away. Start small and build up over time. 

It is already possible to work with the weight of the silicone ball, so you do not need to fill it up additionally, as intensive training is also possible this way. 

However, if you still want to fill the ball, you can squeeze the silicone ball at the sides, then the transparent plug at the top will come loose and you can pull it out. Our customers have achieved the best results with sand or rice.

The standard pack contains 24 elements that you can put together as required. A circumference of between 60-110 cm is possible.
